Toastmasters Programs
Toastmasters International offers three key educational programs
to enhance communication and leadership skills
Pathways Learning Experience
Pathways is the core program of Toastmasters, offering six learning paths to help members develop over 300 unique competencies, including public speaking, leadership, and project management.
Pathways is a flexible, self-paced program designed to fit individual goals, providing real-world skills transferable to professional and personal environments.
Speechcraft
Speechcraft is a short-term, intensive program designed for non-members to get a taste of the Toastmasters experience. Conducted over four to eight sessions, participants build confidence and improve their public speaking and leadership skills under the guidance of experienced Toastmasters.
Speechcraft serves as an excellent introduction to Toastmasters, with many participants continuing their journey by joining Clubs.
Youth Leadership Program (YLP)
YLP is aimed at individuals under 18, providing them with a structured environment
to learn and practice communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Youth Leadership Programs are usually conducted in schools or community settings
and consist of a series of workshops where young participants gain
valuable experience in public speaking and constructive feedback
