Toastmasters Leadership Institute

A Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) is a training event designed for Toastmasters International members,
focused on developing leadership and communication skills. Organized at the club, district, or regional level,
it offers hands-on workshops and interactive sessions led by experienced leaders.

Main Objective

Enhance participants’ leadership abilities through hands-on workshops and interactive sessions. Improve skills in communication, team management, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

The TLI is organized at the Club, District, or regional level,
led by experienced Toastmaster leaders,
who share their knowledge and practices
with participants.

Toastmasters members at any level, seeking to strengthen their leadership skills and prepare for leadership roles in both their professional and personal lives.
