The District Council Meeting (DCM) is the official business meeting of District 59. It brings together Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, and District leaders to review progress, hear updates, and vote on key matters such as alignment, budget, and elections.

All Toastmasters members are welcome to attend online as observers, even if they are not voting members.
