Trainer Talent Clinic

A structured, experiential conversation designed to help you explore your own motivation — honestly, without pressure — and gain a clear-eyed understanding of what becoming a qualified trainer actually involves. The clinic is open to any Toastmasters member who has been a member for at least six months and has either completed one Pathways path or brings strong communication and leadership experience from their professional life. Pre-assignment includes a Trainer Readiness Scorecard.
