During DECM, we will:
- Discuss and review important matters that impact our district
- Align on goals and strategies for the coming months
- Hear Division Directors’ reports on key challenges and successes.
- Discuss budget for 2025-2026 before being presented at the District Council Meeting (DCM) on Sunday September 21, 2025
