Note: DCM is for Club Presidents, VP Education, Area directors, Division directors, and District core team

Attendance of either Club President or VP Education (ideally both) is mandatory to vote and have final say in the matters of our district.
During DCM, we will:
- Present budget, decisions, and proposals discussed in DECM
- Vote on key motions and confirm actions
- Ensure that every club’s voice is represented in shaping our district
