For the District Executive Committee they need as well the DECM minutes. As a regular district council member you don´t need to bother with it.
Members of the district executive committee are: district governor, lt. governor education and training, lt. governor marketing, the immediate past district governor, public relations officer, secretary, treasurer, division governors and area governors.
