Spring 2010 District Council Preparation

Dear District Council Members,

our next District Council will take place on June 5th 2010 in The Hague, Netherlands. The District Council members will elect the 2010/11 district officers and vote / approve several topics.

This site contains all necessary background documents which you need to be informed to decide at the meeting.

ATTENTION: If you cannot attend please fill out the Proxy Form to pass your vote to a member of your club who will be at the district council meeting. A quorum is one-third of the club representatives, must be present to conduct business.
