Dear District Council Members,

Your Nominating Committee was formed, met, established criteria for success, assessed nomination packets, deliberated openly and candidly, keeping the District’s best interest and future at heart, and agreed to nominate the sole candidates in this report as our recommendation of the most qualified, eligible candidates to serve the District next term in the Officer positions listed.

Your Nominating Committee was led by Immediate Past District Governor, Greg Palmer, and fully supported throughout the committee thorough deliberation process by the following experienced, dedicated District members:

Markus Kuenkel, Division H Governor
Dirk Loeffelbein, Division F Governor
Erwin Pfuhler, Division I Governor
Jaap Russchenberg, Past Division B Governor
Joanne Telser, Division B Governor

One “most qualified” candidate is listed for each District Officer position below. All other qualified, eligible Toastmasters desiring to serve our members in one of these positions have the opportunity to, and are highly encouraged by the committee to “run from the floor” at the District Council Meeting at the Hague, Netherlands on Saturday, June 5, 2010.
